Web App: Twitter Venn

This item was filed under [ tweets, web apps ]

Twitter Venn is a web app that allows users to create Venn diagrams showing the relationship between two or three search terms.

Features:

  • user defined search terms
  • displays rate of tweets per search term
  • displays tweets from each part of the Venn diagram

The Good:

Twitter Venn is very easy to use (just type in search terms and hit enter) and provides an interesting snapshot of where various words collide in Twitter. Tweets matching the search criteria are scrolled and can be visited directly from Twitter Venn. Statistics are also given for the rate each search term is tweeted per day.

The Not-so-Good:

Twitter Venn does exactly what it says it will: creates Venn diagrams based on search terms. It isn’t flashy, but there isn’t much to complain about either.
