Twordy is an app that allows users to create Twitter updates longer than 140 characters.

The Good:

Twordy is an excellent tool when you are blogging on Twitter and 140 characters just aren’t enough for what you have to say. Updates are sent to Twitter including a link back to Twordy with the entire text. You can also view your archived “Twordys”.

The Not-so-Good:

Just about the only thing we didn’t like about Twordy is that it cuts off the first part of your update at exactly 140 characters, whether you are in a middle of a word or not. Everything else is great.
