Blackbird is a Twitter client for BlackBerry smartphones.

Features:

easy to use UI within the Blackberry platform

all operations supported (post, @reply, DM)

avatars supported

The Good:

Blackbird does a good job as a Twitter client for Blackberry. The UI is clean and easy to use and all functions are supported. SMS is avoided, a character countdown is provided, and details about tweets are provided via drilldown.

The Not-so-Good:

Blackbird does everything you could want a Twitter client to do. Our only substantive complaint was the less than attractive appearance that sometimes happens with Blackberry: it works but it isn’t necessarily pretty.

Tweetwave.com rates it: ♦♦♦
